The drawing will be delivered as a high resolution image for your preview at email. For your satisfaction, we offer an unlimited number of free revisions! Once you are fully happy with drawing you can print it locally or order printing with us. We are offering posters and canvases of various sizes.

Can I get a free preview of my pet's portrait?

Since all our drawings are fully custom made from your photos, we do not offer free previews.
Our artist will start working on your drawing only after full payment is received.
Once the drawing is ready, you will be able to request any modifications, if there are any similarity issues. We offer unlimited free revisions of your drawing, since your satisfaction with the portrait is our main priority!

What's the size of the drawings?

Your pet portrait will be delivered by default as high resolution (4000px at 300 dpi) JPG files to your email of 8x10 aspect ratio. You can print the drawing on up to 40" locally or order the printing with us. We are offering Posters and Canvases of various sizes. All printing options are selected at checkout.

What are my printing options?

You can view the prices and choose the desired printing for your pet portrait on the next page by clicking on the "Choose Printing Options" button. Our currently available printing options:

How to order my pet portrait:

Select the number of pets you wish us to draw;
Choose preferred body type;
Select a background for your drawing;
Upload photos of your pets using our simple upload button. Note you can upload as many photos as you wish. Our artists will choose the best ones for the drawing.
Introduce your email to receive the drawing for approval;
Click on "Choose Printing Options" and move to second page of ordering;
Select the desired drawing time option;
If you wish to get the drawing printed, select your printing option and delivery time;
Introduce your shipping address;
Place your order and we will make the magic!

Shipping Information

How long do pet portraits take to ship?
- On average, our portraits are drawn within 5-7 days and emailed to you for approval. Once we get your full approval, we will ship the print, as per your order selection.
Where do you ship from?
- We are using multiple printing providers to ensure the fastest shipping available.
- In most cases, you will receive the print of local production.
Which countries do you ship to?
- We ship worldwide! We are proud to offer our prints to any country in the world!
How long do prints take to arrive once shipped?
- We are offering several shipping options for our canvases and posers. You can view the estimated delivery date of your product at checkout. In average most prints arrive within the periods stated below:
  - USA/UK/Canada/Mexico: 3-7 business days;
  - Europe/Australia/New Zealand: 7-10 business days;
  - Rest of World: 10-20 business days;

This company is absolutely the best. I had some special request and they were so quick to work with every detail and even help out with their own to make the picture perfect and beyond what I imagined. We hadn't our boys done on vacation which is what made me and my husband want one. Ours was amazing so much color and detail. We came back and ordered a second one with all 4 of us and I'm patiently sitting on the edge off my seat constantly checking my email. I'm so excited. I would never go to another company for caricatures again. A lot of people asked where we had ours done and I've recommended them to multiple friends which is something I rarely do. I couldn't not have been happier with the picture blew me away and have never worked with a company so helpful.
